I cant tell too much about damage coz it was quite high for a technology shot but I mostly didnt feel a change about it. Honestly, one of the biggest reasons people skipped it in BoI is due to it making Brimstone terrible. And, given that that isn't the case anymore, it's almost always as worthwhile as a shop is described to be by Northernlion. I like Chocolate Milk quite a bit. The shots charge up quick and do good damage at full charge.

Question about Chocolate Milk + Brimstone. I saw a year old post about this but it was inconclusive. The Wiki indicates nonfully charged Brimstone shots do very reduced damage. However my experience (one run with combo) is that the dmg is not reduced much if any at all. If anybody definitively knows the answer a response would be nice.
